40 Days Fundraising in Atlanta

We all need to raise funds to cover the operating costs of 40 Days,supplies, signs, banners, etc. There will be promotional items available for participants to “purchase” for a donation-mugs, t-shirts, bumper stickers, etc. Fund raising checks need to be made out to Hope Presbyterian Church, PCA and in the memo line write 40 Days for Life. When signing people up, be sure to get the following information: name, phone number, email address, site/location, time and dates. Remember to keep a copy of your volunteers so that you can call and remind them a couple days before their sign up time. As your volunteer information comes in, please send the information to jenny@prolifeunity.com In a couple days there will be a posted chart of people and times, but until then, just send the info to the email.
-Every participant needs to read and sign the commitment form.
-Vigil times are in two hour increments on the hour from 6am-10pm everyday.
-We need 14 site leaders who will be willing to be at the site for 8 hours on every day of every week.
-Keep a copy and send a copy of the volunteer information and scheduling.
