Baby Isaiah James May to be left on life support for now

A Canadian judge has ruled that baby Isaiah James May’s life support can continue for now while the lawyers look into the situation to determine the baby’s condition and potential for ongoing improvement.

Pray for Kansas Health Care Freedom Amendment

From the Kansas Family Policy Council:

This could prevent Kansans from paying for unwanted services in national health care legislation.

The Kansas Health Care Freedom Amendment will amend the Kansas Constitution adding a new article 16. This amendment is designed, “to preserve the freedom of Kansans to provide for their health care.”
KFPC agrees with Senator Mary Pilcher Cook who is leading the charge on this amendment.
• Preserving the freedom of Kansans to provide for their health care.
• Safeguarding the liberty of Kansans from any federal government action, which would coerce participation in a health care system.
• Defending the independence of Kansans to pay directly for health care services without penalty.

Please be in prayer as Kansas Family Policy Council follows this amendment. KFPC is here to serve you and will keep you up to date on the outcome of the hearing progress!

Pleading for prayers for a PREGNANT dying mother of ELEVEN !!!

01-20-2010 Update:
Alicia had a baby boy on November 30, the Feast of St. Andrew.  He was 4 pounds 3 ounces and is doing well.  His name is Samuel Andrew.  We’re trying to find out about Alecia.

Alecia Bradley of New York has ten born children and one in her womb at 32 weeks, waiting to be born asap !!!
                                                               
She has fought brain cancer for six years, as she struggles to fight the good fight with Jesus’ help until then end.
The doctors have found internal bleeding recently and I received an email today stating the doctors say she
has only HOURS, maybe DAYS to live, but we know prayer can change that… if God chooses to. Otherwise

all involved be emersed in the Divine Mercy of Jesus’ Sacred Heart and made whole and healed thru His Blood!

sacred moment of her life. Ask our Blessed Mother to pray for her “NOW”... because it may well be “the hour

Please still pray for the Tiller family and Wichita

When abortion doctor George Tiller was shot and killed at his church, the killing was totally denounced by all pro-life persons who strive to bring about changes for life and for women in a peaceful manner.

There were two tragedies on that day:  One in the family of Dr. Tiller and the other the possible damage done to the cause for LIFE in our nation.  We must still pray for the Tillers.  No one would ever minimize this tragedy to them.  Although it may be that family members and others would not understand how pro-life persons could care about George Tiller as a person, we have cared and have prayed often for him because he also was created by God.  Please do continue to pray for the Tiller family, especially at this holiday time.  There are several grandchildren.

The potential damage to the pro-life cause still remains; we don’t know the end result.  For some, this has been a rallying call toward life.  But the questions remain as the months go by:  As we question “Why?” – Why does God let such things happen when so many have prayed for a peaceful end to abortion and have prayerfully stood for God’s good – let us turn our questions into prayers and an open dialogue between each of us and God.  Let’s let Him instruct us on His holy will in our world.   

And difficult as it may be, we must pray for the shooter and his family in particular.

Pray for Pro-Life Unity training in Georgia & others doing sidewalk counseling—Sample model here

On May 26th, Pro-Life Unity will resume our monthly meetings for all current and potential sidewalk counselors and prayer warriors.
The meeting will include training in sidewalk counseling basics, an update on the Adopt the Mills Inititiative and Pro-Life Unity’s daughter organization, Alovita, and an opportunity to fellowship and pray with other sidewallk counselors/prayer warriors.
We’ll also have sample literature for you to take home.  Light refreshments will be provided.
Date: Tuesday, May 26th—Time: 7-9pm
Location:  Marietta (specific location to be announced)
Schedule:
7:00-7:30 - Sidewalk Counseling - “Getting Started”
7:30-8:00 - Sidewalk Counseling - Role playing and questions
8:00-8:30 - Update on Adopt the Mills & Alovita
8:30-9:00 - Prayer
