Conversation With Clinic Worker in Bank & 4 Miracles Needed in GA

In recent weeks, one Medical Assistant walked out of her job at the abortion mill in GA after I spoke to her and her two fellow M.A.‘s.  The other two young ladies also want to quit their jobs, but they are afraid to until they find another job.  Also, I ran into a 4th Medical Assistant from that mill while in the bank and spoke to him at length about putting his trust in God rather than in the abortionist.  He said at least he has security at that job, and I gently asked him to consider whether he has security in his salvation.  Finally, I asked him if he would leave that place if I found him another job and he said maybe.

Please pray that the Lord will give courage to the three Medical Assistants who won’t leave until they find other jobs and pray that the Lord will open up 4 Medical Assistant jobs somewhere for these 4 souls.  The one who did quit her job has expressed a desire to get to know the Lord and start going to church after she returns from an out-of-town trip.  Praise God!!

Please pass this on to any potential employers and feel free to give them my number (678/200-9712) or e-mail - margaritaszechenyi@gmail.com

We are praying for 4 miracles and we know Our God is a BIG GOD, for Whom nothing is impossible!! :-)

Please pray for new crisis pregnancy center plans in Martinsville, VA.

Hello:
I wanted to let you know that I am in the process of setting up a crisis pregnancy center here in Martinsville, VA. We are going through the organization called Care Net to help us with the details.
We are in the beginning stages of opening it. Care Net said that it ususally takes 12 months. Would you please pray for us to get the pregnancy center opened? Martinsville has the highest teen pregnancies per capita in VA.
In Christ,
Debbie Beaumier

Please pray for sidewalk counselor and prayer partner in Albany Clinic in Chicago, IL

This was received by Peter Shinn of Pro-Life unity and the Prayer Pivot: “I saw your comment on my facebook and it prompted me to look over your website and ask for a prayer request.  I’m a sidewalk counselor at Albany clinic and go out with a prayer partner from church on Friday mornings at 9:30am.  Would you please pray that all at the clinic would experience conviction and conversion of the heart so that they will turn turn to Jesus and not take the lives of children but support the gifts from God that they are.  Will you pray that God will give us the words, and actions, that speak life to those we meet and that He will protect us?
Thank-you,
Veronica Stopa
Chicago, IL”

Thank you for praying especially on Friday mornings for these two loyal women.  Begin tomorrow, Feb. 13th.

Pray for Sandra, wee babe, friend and children—that the heat stays on

Sandra is a mom who lives in the Smyrna, GA area.  She approached one of our local churches while still pregnant seeking assistance & she just had the baby two weeks ago.  She and her husband are struggling terribly - in fact he was put in jail recently, so she is trying to make it on her own.  Her power and gas are due to be shut off tomorrow.  She’s living with a friend who also is struggling financially - they are unable to pay the rent and utilities. The church she approached is unable to give them further assistance financially at this time. Her friend has two small children.  Tomorrow night the low is going down to 29.  While we are looking into the best longterm ways to help these two ladies get established on their own two feet, the immediate need for a source of heat in their home is urgent, especially with the baby and children.  They need about $400 to keep the power & gas on.  Please pray for them and pass this e-mail on to all your lists.  If you can contribute anything, or if you have any questions, please call me at 678/334-4989 or Sarah at 404/578-6681.  Also, if you could take any of them into your home until we can ensure their power & gas will stay connected, please call us.
THANKS and God bless you!

Please pray for 2 women—baby showers for their 2 saved babies

All are invited to two baby showers (hostess’ name and address omitted) Feb. 7th and Feb 21st for 2 babies saved at Governors Ridge (Georgia)!  Please bring a dish/desert to share.  Even if you are unable to come, please help us out by forwarding this e-mail to all your groups - all are invited !  Thanks!!  :-)

Sat, Feb. 7th, 1-5pm:  for a mom named Sullman.  In a previous e-mail, sidewalk counselor Sarita wrote:
“Sulman is facing many challenges in her life, among others, that of trying to get a restraining order on her husband.  (the husband is now in jail)  Another situation that looms over her is the placenta previa.  Next week they will tell her if it has moved out of the way or if she will need to have a C-section.  In that case, she probably won’t be able to work for awhile, and that means no money at all for rent and food.  Her rent is about $700/month, and she has a 6-year-old to feed.  Her mother has returned to her home country, so she has asked a cousin (?) to stay with her and help her after the baby is born.  But she will be paying that girl to help her, so that is an additional expense that will be hard to cover if she can’t bring home a paycheck because of the C-section.
She still needs sheets for the crib, plus clothes for a baby GIRL, blankets, a baby bathtub, and everything else you can think of, except for the crib we already gave her…(she also has a carseat now).
Maybe somehow we could let everyone know about the financial crisis and take up donations to give her at the shower.  There is a chance she may not need a C-section, but in any event she will have to be off work for awhile, and any loss of income is going to make it hard to pay her bills.  She works in a restaurant, I think.  (Note, They will do the ultrasound on Feb. 13th, to decide if the C-section will be necessary.)
To make matters worse, burglers invaded her apartment and tied up her brother and, thank God, didn’t try to harm her or her mother and daughter when they hid in the closet, but they did steal cellphones and other things.  Her 6-year-old has been traumatized by the ordeal.  After that she moved out of those apartments into a different apartment complex, and she says it is peaceful.  Her brother moved out, since she told him she needed more room because of the baby, and this way, in the 2-bedroom apartment where she is now, she will be living with her 6-year-old, the baby girl who is going to be born, and the cousin.
I have invited Sulman to meet me at St. Thomas next Sunday night.  She really needs a support group, and if she will be willing to cross town to come to St. Thomas, I know she will find a family in Christ who will welcome her.  I am hoping she can eventually attend an Evangelization Retreat and let Jesus come into her heart.”
Saturday, Feb. 21, 5pm for a mom named Sylvia:
Some of you may recall praying for Sylvia this past summer and how Father Henry Atem assisted by calling her for us.  Sylvia is doing well now, but she still needs baby BOY clothes, cribsheets, a baby bathtub, and anything else that people want to give.  (She already has a crib and carseat.)
We hope lots of you can make one or both of these baby showers!  If you would prefer to mail a check, please e-mail me: margaritaszechenyi@gmail.com
Also, anyone with expertise in advising how we might be able to get Sullman connected to ongoing help with her rent and childcare expenses, please contact Sarita.  (through Szechenyi e-mail)
Please keep these families in your prayers as well as Sarita, the Hispanics from St. Thomas in Smyrna, Karen, Griselle, Erica and all who pray & sidewalk counsel at Gov Ridge each week.  :-)  Special hats off to Sarita and the St. Thomas Hispanic group - they are amazing!!
Thanks & God bless you!

Psalm 15     We Must Not Let Our Hearts Be Bribed.

Who Shall Dwell on Your Holy Hill?

A Psalm of David.  Psalm 15

  LORD, who shall sojourn in your tent?
  Who shall dwell on your holy hill?

2 He who walks blamelessly and does what is right
  and speaks truth in his heart;
3 who does not slander with his tongue
  and does no evil to his neighbor,
  nor takes up a reproach against his friend;
4 in whose eyes a vile person is despised,
  but who honors those who fear the LORD;
  who swears to his own hurt and does not change;
5 who does not put out his money at interest
  AND DOES NOT TAKE A BRIBE AGAINST THE INNOCENT.
  He who does these things shall never be moved.

Whether I stand at the gate of an abortion mill, or whether I guard a gate for life in some other way through service and prayer, I am always under orders to protect the innocent in whatever way I can, regarding any circumstance in which someone is at risk.

There is a girl who was coerced into an abortion at the 16th Street abortion mill in Washington D.C.  She is 13 years old.  A family member shared that the girl’s mother is allowing this young woman, and her 11-year-old sister, to be molested by the mother’s boyfriend – resulting in the pregnancy of the 13-year-old.  We MUST pray for these girls and DO SOMETHING.  Those of us in the pro-life battle must not forget these girls.  Please PRAY for wisdom as to your part, as I pray regarding my part, concerning them.  I must not let my heart be bribed away from the truth here:  I must not let other interests, busy-ness or laziness allow me to let these two sisters to fade away into oblivion, when their lives are so extremely important and so in need of those of us who stand up for the innocent.

Surely we must seek guidance from above on how to effectively find the help for these girls so desperately needed.  How can the police and Child Protective Services be made to see the seriousness of this awful crime, for what it really is?  How can a public outcry be made to bring attention back to these girls and the destruction of their girlhood (or womanhood at least in the case of the older sister)?  What can we in other towns, cities, states do?  SOMETHING!

Do Action-Prayer for dads in USA - and Fatherhood Initiative - Pregnancy Crisis Center, Wichita, KS

Programs such as this put ACTION at the heart of ministry.
Pray for Tim Quiggle, who wrote this:

The first year of the Fatherhood Initiative program at PCC has almost come and gone. What a privilege it has been to serve in this capacity encouraging young men rise to the challenges of fatherhood and be the men God has created them to be. As the program continues to develop a few things become clear;
1) The harvest is plentiful;
2) I can’t do this alone.

God is bringing men into our center and the best people to reach men are other men. I have a vision of men serving at the center that somewhat parallells the women advocates. My vision is for men to volunteer in regular shifts primarily from 4:00ish to 7:00pm (close) Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday and from 4:00 - 5:00 on Wednesdays. The purpose of these advocates will be to come along side the men that enter our doors encouraging them to become involved in the lives of their families. Many of the young men that come to our center are afraid and feel their life has been ruined and their dreams have been shattered. They get the opportunity to let them know God has a plan for them, and it is a plan to proper them, not to ruin their lives or shatter their dreams; this plan has a hope and a future. They also need to know that they are important to their children and they have what it takes to be a great dad.

We are also exploring ways to foster mentoring relationships that will continue into the future as well as additional volunteering options.

Please be in prayer about these opportunities and what God is asking you to do. I am in the process of putting some teeth to this volunteering program. A volunteer Orientation/Q&A time will be scheduled for January. This time will be used to address opportunities to serve and what they might look like. Feel free to call/email me with any questions or comments you might have. I look forward to furthering God’s kingdom together at PCC.

Atlanta, GA - Prayer Warriors & Sign-Holders Urgently Needed at Atlanta Women’s Medical Center!

For about the next two weeks, we need to get out to Atlanta Women’s Medical Center in large numbers if possible.

Below is an e-mail I rec’d this morning from a faihful prayer warrior at that location:

“Fred & I did show up at the clinic this morning.  There were also 11 counter-protesters who arrived this morning with signs provided by Planned Parenthood.  Two of these pro-choice protesters were adults (parents).  The rest were teenagers recruited by these adults.  We had some discussions with this group.  It didn’t change anyone’s mind, but ultimately this was a positive thing because of the project Fred has undertaken (he documents the stories of the women who have had abortions).  These women did not accept Fred’s offer to share their stories with him (yet), but with Jesus and prayer who knows what will happen.
There was nothing in our talk that indicated they were doing this as a one-time effort.  Having said this, I am sure our efforts to be sidewalk witness/protesters will outlast theirs.  I am also sure the public was quite confused this week by the mixture of signs on the sidewalk.  We need to be coming out in large numbers these next weeks so our efforts overshadow theirs.”

Atlanta Women’s Medical Center is located at 235 West Wieuca Road, in Atlanta, Georgia.  They do 2nd Trimester abortions here, and often their parking lot is so full, cars have to double park.

They do abortions as a 2-day procedure on Weds. & Thursdays (Wed. is the beginning of the 2-day procedure), so Thurs, Fri (and Saturdays) are extremely busy.  So we really need coverage there Wed. through Sat.!!  The patients start coming at 6:30am, the doors open at 7 and for the most part they have pretty much all arrived before 9AM.  Of these 4 days (Wed thru Saturday), Thursdays are the least busy.  On all 4 days, patients and staff are usually gone by about noon or 1pm.

Remember, love conquers hatred, so let’s keep this interaction peaceful while boldly speaking the truth in love to these Planned Parenthood protestors.  May the Holy Spirit guide all our words and actions with the Planned Parenthood people, staff, etc. so that hearts may be won for Christ and life!

For further info or questions, please call Margarita at 404/824-5269, and I’ll return your call asap, or e-mail me at margszechenyi@bellsouth.net
