On ABC's "This Week" with George Stephanopoulos this past Sunday, Barack Obama tried to undo the damage he inflicted on himself at the Aug. 16 Saddleback Showdown with his now infamous "above my pay grade"
response to Rick Warren's question, "At what point does a baby get human rights, in your view?"

But Obama hadn't learned. He tried once again to redirect the clearly constitutionally based question into something esoteric and religious, and therefore unsolvable:

Obama: "I mean, what I intended to say is that, as a Christian, I have a lot of humility about understanding when does the soul enter into..."

But Warren clearly had not asked, "When does a baby get a soul?"...

Judge Judy was on the view today. Sitting in the other room, I heard her talking about embryonic stem cell research and quickly jumped up to hear what she had to say to the gaggle of pro-abortion geese. Referring to Sen. Joe Biden, his Catholic faith, and his opinion on the subject, she said "I believe that life begins at the moment of conception, but I shouldn't impose my belief on everybody else".

I hear this nonsense from so many people, but it's hard to believe we hear it from our leaders. Think about that statement, Judge Judy and Sen. Joe Biden believe that human beings are killed by abortion and embryonic stem cell research, but they don't want to impose their beliefs on others. So why is Judge Judy a judge? Why is Joe Biden a senator? Aren't they trying to impose their beliefs on others by ruling or pushing for rules that are more in line with what they believe in?

If murder is murder, as a judge, you must say it is and rule that it is. If murder is murder, as a senator, you must legislate to end it. Murder is not an opinion, it is a fact. Abortion kills, embryonic stem cell kills.

You will notice that all the pro-abortion people today will either agree that life begins at the moment of conception or that we're talking about human beings in the womb. Yet they don't have a problem with killing them.

Judge Judy, you are wrong. You have a duty to protect the innocent. Don't pretend to believe in right and wrong in the courtroom if you won't defend the most innocent, the unborn.
