ATL Meeting the Employees at Surgi
This morning while we stood on the opposite side of the road from Atlanta Surgi-Center and prayed, an amazing thing happened. Two employees came out and spoke with us!
We were talking and then my four year old came up to us and said, “Mommy, are these the women who kill the babies?” The one employee was stunned and silent for a moment. Then she said,“I’m going to go back across the street.” The other employee stayed out for awhile. We learned that her name is Karen and she has a five year old son.
When the employees come out to talk, remember these things. First, be very calm and loving in your tone. Second, let them know that we are all praying for repentance from the community and state of Georgia for the abortion holocaust and that abortion would end. Don’t feel like you need to gloss things over. Be frank, but gentle. Third, if you let them do most of the talking, you will come to know them better. It is easier to pray for someone when they have opened up to you. Let them know you are praying specifically for them. Share your name and try to get their name.
Remember that the nation will be watching the 89 cities over the next 40 Days. Be a lawful, prayerful presence. Be approachable to the employees and the community. We are praying for them to come to know Christ!
Finally, expect great things. Our God is the Victorious Savior!
