I spoke with Peter Knickerbocker at CPAC and this is what he had to say about the Obama election:
"I think the silver lining in what happened last November is that it's pushed the reset button on the Republican party and on the (Pro-Life) movement, better for us to get this foolishness out of the way now, then 10-15 years from now. Hopefully the lessons that we learned here and the type of people we send to Washington are going to stick with more than after the Contract with America Revolution. We're entering a dangerous century and we really don't have the leeway for this kind of stupidity going forward."

Johanna Dasteel, Senior Congressional Liaison of American Life League, was at CPAC and we asked her what difference all the social issues make if you aren't alive when it comes to conservative policy. She answered:
This penetrates the deepest parts of our society. This holocaust affects marriage. This holocaust affects our economy. We're 50 million short, this is 50 million less people contributing to our economy. The devaluing of human beings and the contraceptive culture that has ensued because we have devalued human beings has broken our families, has broken down relationships. People are starving. They're being offered a counterfeit by organizations like Planned Parenthood. We need to offer them the real thing, true love, true happiness, life, liberty, and Personhood is the underlying statement we need to offer them. With that comes all sorts of other things.

We were at CPAC (Conservative Polictal Action Conference) talking to people about abortion and other Pro-Life issues. I ran into Kellyanne Conway, President of the Polling Company as she was getting ready to participate in a forum. Kellyanne said:
"You know, very few people, about 9% of Americans agree with the Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama view on abortion which is basically abortion with anyone, anytime, anywhere. They voted against partial-birth abortion bans. When Barack Obama was in the Chicago state senate he famously opposed the born alive infant protection act which would have allowed medical care to be administered survivors of botched abortions, instead of letting them "expire".

When we pulled up, Greg was praying alone in front of the abortion mill at 900 S. Washington in Falls Church, VA. I asked him why he was there and he said he was there as a part of 40 Days for Life. He added:
"We're trying to help mothers in crisis situations avoid abortions. We're trying to get the message out that all human beings are persons and that if we deny the personhood of a human being, horrible things happen, that's what we've seen since Roe vs Wade. We've seen it other places, we saw it with slavery, we saw it in Bosnia, we've seen it in the concentration camps of WWII, and so I just want to stand up and say I don't agree with this and we've got to stop it because if we just ignore it, it's not going to go away."
I spoke with Liz, a sidewalk counselor at the abortion mill in Washington D.C. recently. Liz spoke about what is like to be there and why she goes.
"The ministry out here at the clinics is really just about bringing the love of Christ to these women, whether they're going in for an abortion or if they're coming out."
Peter Shinn interviews David Bereit, Executive Director - Coalition For Life and a founder of 40 Days for Life. David speaks optimistically about the Pro-Life efforts and successes and says that we are witnessing "the beginning of the downfall of abortion".
