Nebraska lawmakers advance abortion ultrasound bill

LINCOLN, Neb. - Nebraska lawmakers have rejected an exception for victims of rape or incest, and decided to advance a proposed law requiring an ultrasound image of a fetus to be displayed to women seeking abortions
