The Illinois Supreme Court and President George W. Bush delivered two key victories for the pro-life movement last week.
The court held that pharmacists had the right to challenge an administrative rule requiring them to dispense the morning-after pill, and the Bush administration issued a new rule reaffirming the right of health-care professionals to decline providing services they have moral objections to, i.e. abortion.
