Where is the Republican/Conservative uproar against Kagan?

Elena Kagan is one of the most radical nominees to the Supreme Court ever to be submitted, right next to Ruth Bader Ginsburg. People say not much is known about Kagan, which is why there won't be much of a fuss, allowing her to take the seat of one of the highest positions in the world, one which she is likely to sit in for 40 years or more.

What do we know? We know Kagan is pro-abortion, pro-homosexual, anti-military, anti-American and anti-Constitution. What more do we need to know!?! Republicans and conservatives have lost it when it comes to stopping this kind of leadership from blossoming. Conservative organizations, media and individuals should be screaming about her nomination, daily, hourly and until she is removed.

What are they afraid of, that Obama will nominate someone more radical? The only type of person I can imagine more radical than Kagan at the moment is someone who has a swastika on their arm.
