§ What is Pro-Life Unity?

To achieve Pro-Life Unity we will establish standards that we all agree upon, and efforts that we all regularly participate in. By working together we can challenge the culture of death and the apathy which is pervasive in our society.

Isaiah 46: 3,4 (Pt. 3)  Thought/Prayer:  The Right Size.  Topics:  2 at end.

“Listen to me, house of Jacob, and all the remnant of the house of Israel, that have been borne [by me] from their birth, that have been carried from the womb; and even to old age I am he, and even to gray hairs will I carry you. I have made, and I will bear; yes, I will carry, and will deliver.”  WEB (Read this scripture and more at http://prayerpivot.com.)

“I have made, and I will bear.”  These are big words.  God made us.  He will bear us.

We seem small in the face of these words.  But we’re not too small . . . when we believe, we’re just the right size for Him to carry.

We probably don’t recognize the strength beneath us enough.  We don’t realize it as we walk, run, jump, squat, spring up, hop, bounce, jump for joy.  But, if we were to be able to stand on the outside and see ourselves in true and real totality, we would see under us:  the strength of God Who carries us.

We feel badly for those who do not know about this.  Oh!  It’s our assignment to tell them.  Tell others of the support beneath our feet – and our knees when we kneel to pray.  Tell them that they can have it.  For free.

We want them to know of the God Who always and ever is there; He never fades, slumbers or ignores even when we get ourselves in the worse of plights.  He just goes right on:  carrying.

God, our God!  Help us to appreciate all of this . . . enough to share about it with those we know.  Those who are fighting for LIFE issues in their families will especially need to know about this always-there, always stepping out with us, resource:  You.  Help us to inform them and to lead them to You.

Topics:  Pray for the chances we need to tell others about God and his ongoing care and bearing-up of us.
Pastors:  All positions
