Obama’s latest “green jobs czar” tries to silence Glenn Beck
After a comment made by Glenn Beck on a Fox News show last week, Van Jones, Obama’s “green jobs czar”, went on the attack and is trying to get advertisers to pull their ads from Fox News. The comment was made while Beck was a guest on another Fox News show. Beck said that Obama is a “racist” with “a deep-seated hatred for white people.”
Really? That’s all it takes for people to pull ads? Every single election, Democrats call Republicans racists. They run ads with people in white hoods, lynchings, riots & more. Their attacks on Republicans have no boundaries whatsoever, yet Beck Calling Obama a racist is reason for advertisers to pull their ads? This kind of fear-mongering has to stop and whites have to stop being afraid of being called racist for every single stupid little thing that comes down the road.
Here’s just a little bit from Obama’s new czar:
“Speaking to the East Bay Express, Van Jones said he first became radicalized in the wake of the 1992 Rodney King riots, during which time he was arrested.
“I was a rowdy nationalist on April 28th, and then the verdicts came down on April 29th,” he said. “By August, I was a communist.”
“I met all these young radical people of color – I mean really radical: communists and anarchists. And it was, like, ‘This is what I need to be a part of.’ I spent the next 10 years of my life working with a lot of those people I met in jail, trying to be a revolutionary,” he said”
Are there still white racists? Of course there are, and there are plenty of black racists too! America, get over it. We have bent over backwards with affirmative action, which might even have allowed Obama to get where he is.
There is racism in every country around the world and has been for thousands of years. America didn’t invent racism, and whites certainly don’t hold the monopoly on the topic. “Rev” Al Sharpton and others like him are proof of that.
All people deserve a hand-up if they need it, regardless of color. It’s time to stop giving hand-outs to people because of their color, and it’s time to stop being afraid of being called a racist.
