“THE DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE”, adopted by the Continental Congress - July 4, 1776, which, connected to The Constitution, protects each individual’s rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. There is rampant violation by some legislators of this law, as in the right to life of pre-born persons, which demeans our nation’s core principles of freedom.
