Urgent West Virginia Call for Action - RU486
Bill 722 wants to stop the distribution of pharmaciuticals without certification.

Here is the header to it:
(a) It is unlawful for any person not a pharmacist, or who does not employ a pharmacist, to conduct any pharmacy or store for the purpose of retailing, compounding or dispensing prescription drugs or prescription devices.
Seems logical to me. Physicians should be the only ones who give out drugs that may harm or kill people. Don’tcha think?
I was told to let y’all know to “call 1-877-565-3447 and ask your Delegate to vote for the amendment to SB 722 that will only allow physicians to give RU-486, the abortion drug. Pro-lifers must act immediately. The vote will take place tomorrow evening (Thursday)”.
