Video - PLATForum Conference - Pt1
The Pro-Life Legislative Action Team Forum (PLATForum) met at the Family Research Council (FRC) to discuss the need for 100% Pro-Life united voices on the Hill. Speakers included Dr. David Prentice from the FRC,

who discussed ethical research versus research which kills human beings,

Johanna Dasteel
Johanna Dasteel, Senior Congressional Liaison for the American Life League.
Dr. Prentice stated:
“As legislators look at these various bills they need to realize that difference between embyonic and adult stem cells, and be forthright that they do support stem cell research. Support the kind that that does not destroy or harm human life, and they support the type that’s already benefiting patients now. They also need to look at some of these things that are coming down the road towards us. Biotech industry has gone beyond using so-called leftover embyros at fertility clinics, most of which are not actually being thrown away. The vast majority, the parents want to keep them, because those are thier childen.”
