Recently Executive Director of Teen Defenders, Jake Dagel posed as a 16-year-old girl, “Kayla,” and asked questions about the birth control pill. Planned Parenthood tells Kayla that the pill is “safe” and that there are “lots of benefits to taking birth control pills…it also reduces the risk of cancer of the ovary [and] cancer of the uterus…”
What the Planned Parenthood representative doesn’t mention is that there are a lot of risks associated with the pill, especially an increased likelihood of getting breast cancer. If Planned Parenthood boasts of giving people “factual” information, why aren’t they giving all of the facts?

The march, which began at the Sprint Store at 4115 Gordon Drive and concluded about three blocks away at Mary’s Choice, a pregnancy resource center, at 4415 Stone Ave., was slated to include speeches by the Diocese of Sioux City’s Bishop R. Walker Nickless, Susan Thayer, a former Storm Lake, Iowa, Planned Parenthood director and Monica Bertrand, the 14-year-old organizer of the event.

]]>Meanwhile, hundreds attended a pro-life rally in Sioux City.
The march took place outside the city’s Planned Parenthood and the neighboring Mary’s Choice, a faith-based clinic.
It was organized by a 14-year old from South Sioux City, Nebraska and sponsored by the Catholic Diocese of Sioux City.
